On Your Marks Express, through our shipping partners, provides reliable delivery services including doorstep delivery, pickup points, and in-store collection. Costs are determined by your location and item type.

We aim to provide fast and affordable delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided items are in their original packaging.

Shipping Methods:
Choose between doorstep delivery or pickup from designated locations at checkout.

Shipping Times:
Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday - Friday) are processed faster. We do not deliver on weekends.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Accra: 1 - 3 working days
Other Regions: 2 - 5 working days
Imported Items: 14 - 30 days

Delivery Within Accra

Customers within the Greater Accra Region enjoy a flat-rate delivery fee of GHS 30. Orders are delivered directly to your address.

Delivery to Other Regions

For deliveries outside Accra, a GHS 30 fee covers transportation from our warehouse to the cargo station.
