Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders same day if placed and received before 10am or next day if placed and received after 10am. Delivery times vary by location and should take 1-3 working days after dispatch for customers based in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana and 2-5 working days after dispatch for those in other regions of Ghana.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. Keep checking our shipping policies as plans are in place to ship internationally in the near future.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags as received.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer service team via email: onyourmarksexpress@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept mobile money payments from the major telecommunication networks in Ghana (i.e MTN, TELECEL & AT). We also offer PAYMENT ON DELIVERY as well as accept payment on all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request so far as your order has not been shipped. Remember, we do not like to keep you waiting and therefore ship as fast as we can.
